A bilingual Bachelor's degree (BA) program of the University of Leadership and Ministry that seeks to prepare church leaders to lead people out of spiritually and emotionally healthy heart, giving them the tools necessary to fulfill the great commission in Matthew 28.

The personal life of a leader
Professor: Joseph Alicea
In this course, students are equipped with tools that will help them in times of crisis, fear, etc. We will touch on the importance of having time alone with God "Quiet Time with God". A Personal Development Plan will be developed for the student to improve personally and as a leader.
